While the speech team didn’t bring home any awards at the State Competition this year, the experience gained was still incredibly valuable for our team. They had the opportunity to perform at the highest level, receive insightful feedback, and see what excellence looks like across the state. More importantly, each competitor demonstrated growth, resilience, and a strong commitment to representing our school.
This was a vital step in their development—not just as speakers, but as young leaders. Everyone should be proud of their efforts and the lessons learned. The experiences they gained this year will contribute to even stronger performances in the future!

Students from CHS had the opportunity to meet Governor Kelly Armstrong at the Know Your State competition in Bismarck!

Awesome job to our newest group of Caring Cardinals!

Update: Only the 7:00 p.m. concert will be streamed on Facebook Live.
Our concert rehearsal went wonderful today! Tomorrow we get to share with others! Our concerts will be held at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. tomorrow, Thursday, April 24th. Doors 1 & 7 will unlock at 1:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Please abide by these arrival times to allow us to preserve our instructional minutes and provide supervision for the students. Teachers are not paid to be here until 6:30 p.m., so when others attempt to arrive early, students end up unsupervised. Please pass this information along to other family and friends who are planning on attending. Students should be picked up from their classrooms after the concert. All students were able to enjoy the concert today during the full rehearsal. Students should not leave their classrooms and return to the gym to watch other groups. Thank you!
Another great group of Caring Cardinals!
