Miss Berntson’s classroom celebrated election week with a little race of their own! It was “Recess Riley” against “Wonda Worktime.” Students needed voter identification, received a ballot, had voting booths, submitted their ballot, and awaited the results! The process included both the popular vote and the electoral college.

Our elementary students were treated to another session with Shoof on Friday! Shoof teaches lessons for life long success on resilience, kindness, perseverance, and how to navigate social conflict. This is his 3rd visit to our school in the last few years, and he is always well liked by our staff and students! Stay tuned for a parent session coming this school year!
