
The high school band traveled to Fargo on Wednesday, February 28th for the Raging Red Band Festival. After performing for three adjudicators, the band received a silver trophy for their work. The saxophone and percussion sections received special recognition for their work in the ensemble. Later on we received word the band was awarded Best Class III band of the Day and Best Class III band of the Festival. High honors for this hard-working group! Not pictured - high schoolers Krystal Klein, Molly Hansen, Isabel Wendel and Dylan Bachmeier. Also not pictured are 3 junior high boys who assisted in the percussion section - Sam Garr, Nick Pierson and Howie Simonson. Congratulations!!!


The High School Pops Concert has been re-scheduled to Friday, March 8th at 5:30 PM.

CHS will be doing a school-wide food drive March 4th - 8th! All proceeds will be donated to the Daily Bread!

"Adulting 101" was held for students in grades 9-12 put on by the Carrington FCCLA Group and the Carrington City Library. A big thank you to the business leaders, health care professionals, and all community professionals that came in to teach and work with our students!
