CPS enjoyed hosting a group of practicum students from the University of Jamestown, who observed and taught lessons over 6 days in a number of classrooms both at the elementary and JH/HS levels. This is our 3rd year working with the University of Jamestown on this partnership!

Congratulations to band and choir members Gavyn Anderson (choir), Maddalen Charles (choir), Ashley Lindberg (choir), and Jazmyn Ybarra (band) for being selected to participate in Minot State’s Northwest Music Festival earlier this month. These students went through a highly selective audition process and were chosen along with over 600 students from across North Dakota to participate in large group band and choir rehearsals and performances. Also, congratulations to Gavyn Anderson for being awarded a four year award for his participation at this festival over the years!
