April 3rd Announcements:

The online distance learning schedule and meal schedule will follow the school district’s original school calendar schedule.  There will be no distance learning classes or meals on Good Friday April 10th and Easter Monday April 13th.

 


 

March 23rd Announcements:

  1. Free Breakfast and Lunch

* Carrington Public School is making FREE breakfast and lunch available from Monday to Friday for all children ages 1 to 18 years old.

* Meals are also available to special needs students up to the age of 21.

* According to USDA regulations, all children receiving a meal MUST be present in the vehicle during pick up of the meal.

Parents who would like to pick-up breakfast and lunch need to complete and submit this form by 8:00 PM on the previous day. A breakfast and lunch can be picked up from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at door #1 (elementary school loop).

 

  1. The Student MacBooks are having trouble connecting to the internet.  Our Lightspeed filter crashed causing students not to be able to authenticate, therefore they cannot connect to the internet.  We are working on resolving the issue.  Please check back to this post for updates on the status of the issue.

 


 

March 20th Announcements:

Learning Opportunities for students:

School will be open on Monday March 23rd from 7:30 AM to 3:45PM for families to collect your children’s iPad, MacBook, textbooks, and other learning materials.  Under the social distancing guidelines we request only the minimum necessary individuals enter the school on Monday.

Please exit the school after collecting your materials.


 

March 19th Announcements:

The Governor has closed school until further notice.  The following procedures will begin Monday:

March 18th Announcements:

As of March 18th the following upcoming events have been cancelled:

  1. No state archery this weekend in Minot.
  2. No parent/teacher conference on March 24th and 25th.
  3. No regional Science Olympiad at Bismarck.
  4. No FBLA conference at Bismarck.

As of March 18th the following events scheduled through April 3rd have been postponed:

  1. National Closeup Program
  2. FFA contest events
  3. Kindergarten Roundup
  4. Athletic Awards night.
  5. National Honor Society Induction.

No decision has been made on events scheduled for after April 3rd
